RETURNS

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. Before any product is returned it is important to review our returns policy to ensure your product can be returned.

MossyOffice.com provides two ways of returning unwanted products:

1) Log into my account, from the menu click on view all orders, select the relevant order ID, select 'return order' and amend order accordingly ensuring you delete products you do not want to return and updating quantities of the products you would like to return.

2) Alternatively you can email Sales@MossyOffice.com or complete our contact us form. Please ensure you include the order ID number, product code, quantity for return and reason for return.

We will contact you with a returns number and will arrange for a collection to be made. Under no circumstances should you arrange for a return to be sent to us with transport arranged by yourself. When we have received the returned products and inspected them to ensure compliance to our returns policy we will process the refund/credit.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we have accidently sent the incorrect product or if any products are missing from your order please email Sales@MossyOffice.com or call us on 0800 014 8286.
